Supervise daily receiving and warehouse operations, including unloading, inspection, storage, inventory accuracy, documentation, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead a small warehouse team, investigate inventory discrepancies, coordinate material flow with internal departments, conduct audits and training, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Develop and grow a portfolio of foodservice accounts across the NY metro territory by prospecting new clients, building relationships with chefs and operators, coordinating with operations and sales leadership, advising on product availability and pricing, maintaining CRM records, and representing the company at industry events.

Manage monthly consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and reporting packages. Support close processes, budgeting/forecasting, acquisition integration, process improvements, dashboards, audits, and train operating-company accounting teams.

Coordinates enterprise IT and digital transformation projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Maintains project plans, schedules, documentation, status reports, budgets, and risk logs; facilitates meetings and tracks action items. Coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, user acceptance testing, change management, training, and stakeholder communications. Supports project governance and escalates risks or delays to help ensure timely, in-scope delivery.

Inspect incoming produce and perform daily QC checks to ensure USDA and company standards. Document findings, audit outbound shipments, assist training staff, support shipping/receiving, operate warehouse equipment, enforce OSHA and safety procedures, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness.
