Advises managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, retention, and compliance. Processes HR data, supports HRIS administration, resolves policy questions, develops employee-relations solutions, builds internal partnerships, and helps communicate organizational initiatives. Requires strong communication, employment-law knowledge, independent judgment, and experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Coordinate with custodians, internal teams, and external vendors, investigate discrepancies, prepare reports, support process improvements, and assist wealth managers with operational tasks and documentation.

Lead lifecycle marketing strategy for credit card products, owning onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and graduation programs. Design behavior-based, personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail), use analytics and segmentation to optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and finance to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Lead credit risk oversight for the banks loan portfolio by establishing credit policy, monitoring portfolio performance, guiding underwriting and collections, managing problem loans, supporting regulatory exams, and training/mentoring lending and collections teams to mitigate risk and align lending with strategic objectives.

Perform regulatory-focused quality assurance by monitoring policy changes, conducting end-to-end operational reviews, executing QA tests, analyzing root causes, preparing compliance communications and reports, and coordinating stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Handle inbound customer retention calls to resolve account-closure issues, offer retention solutions, educate customers on account benefits/rewards, follow company procedures and compliance standards, and manage objections to retain accounts.
