Design behavior-based, personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail), use analytics and segmentation to optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and finance to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Lead credit risk oversight for the banks loan portfolio by establishing credit policy, monitoring portfolio performance, guiding underwriting and collections, managing problem loans, supporting regulatory exams, and training/mentoring lending and collections teams to mitigate risk and align lending with strategic objectives.

Work on internal application development and enhancements under supervision, following the SDLC: design, code, test, debug, document changes, and support basic production/help-desk issues using MuleSoft Anypoint, CloudHub, AWS, messaging, and SQL Server.

Analyze complex credit card portfolio data to identify trends, build statistical and machine learning models, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Use cloud data tools, mentor junior analysts, develop business cases and presentations, and support hiring and performance management.
