Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process analysis, user stories, solution design support, low-code application development, testing, UAT, defect resolution, documentation, training, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires Pega expertise, familiarity with Agile and BPM methodologies, and the ability to optimize workflows and support technology transformation.

Owns digital payment products from vision through delivery, serving as the customer and stakeholder liaison.
