Work on internal application development and enhancements under supervision, following the SDLC: design, code, test, debug, document changes, and support basic production/help-desk issues using MuleSoft Anypoint, CloudHub, AWS, messaging, and SQL Server.

Lead lifecycle marketing strategy for credit card products, owning onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and graduation programs. Design behavior-based, personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail), use analytics and segmentation to optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and finance to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Lead and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and data-driven methods. Analyze problems, recommend optimizations, develop project plans, deploy control plans and monitoring reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain gains and measure impact.

Perform independent, complex commercial credit analyses, prepare detailed credit arrangements with Business Bankers, support loan committee decisions, monitor approval timelines and reviews, engage with clients on financial data, mentor junior analysts, and improve credit processes and administration.

Perform regulatory-focused quality assurance by monitoring policy changes, conducting end-to-end operational reviews, executing QA tests, analyzing root causes, preparing compliance communications and reports, and coordinating stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.
