Administers and supports enterprise network infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, IAM, PAM, and related systems. Troubleshoots complex hardware and software issues, performs system maintenance and recovery, supports audits and governance reporting, coordinates technical projects, mentors administrators, monitors assigned work, and participates in on-call support. The role also maintains data center platforms, implements updates and hardening, and uses PowerShell for automation and reporting.

Supports HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave inquiries, employee recordkeeping, compensation data processing, payroll support, reconciliations, reporting, audits, compliance, and new-hire orientation. Handles sensitive information confidentially, responds to employee inquiries, monitors employment processes, and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Designs and optimizes data workflows, ETL pipelines, enterprise datasets, and data warehouse solutions supporting business intelligence, financial analytics, compliance, and IT monitoring. Collaborates with analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership to integrate data, resolve issues, complete UAT, schedule production jobs, monitor reporting infrastructure, and maintain reliable, governed data solutions.
