Supports wealth management officers and administrators with client onboarding, account administration, transaction processing, correspondence, tax document delivery, recordkeeping, and client service. Maintains accurate account files, processes cash disbursements and contributions, responds to inquiries, prepares reports, and ensures documentation meets compliance standards. The role also provides front-desk, phone, and operational support while coordinating with internal teams and external recipients.

Lead marketing operations, Martech and production teams to deploy and optimize compliant, automated multichannel campaigns. Manage Martech/CRM platforms, vendor relationships, campaign analytics, KPIs, workflow orchestration, integrations, testing, and marketing compliance. Partner with Acquisition, Product Strategy, Digital, IT and Legal. Hire, coach and evaluate 3–5 direct reports to improve speed-to-market and operational efficiency.

Handle inbound customer calls concerning billing and fraud disputes. Initiate lost or stolen card reports, investigate issues, contact cardholders and merchants, provide case updates, and process account adjustments, reinstatements, or closures. Follow applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and department standards while escalating recommendations when needed.
