Manage compensation strategy and programs for First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard, administer HCM (Workday), perform market pricing and job evaluations, ensure regulatory compliance, provide pay decision consultation, lead compensation-related projects, and manage/train compensation staff.

Plan and manage operational and financial audits, perform risk-based testing, document findings, and produce audit reports. Mentor junior auditors, oversee complex testing and walkthroughs, and work with business areas to recommend corrective actions to improve controls and regulatory compliance.

Lead and execute creative and content for marketing and advertising campaigns across channels. Direct design, copy, and brand tone; manage agency partners and internal creative staff; oversee production schedules, budgets, KPIs and multivariate testing; ensure legal and compliance adherence; hire, train and review team members.
