Build KPIs, statistical models, and ML/AI solutions, produce executive presentations, mentor junior analysts, and participate in hiring and performance management to drive organizational performance.

Plan and manage operational and financial audits, perform risk-based testing, document findings, and produce audit reports. Mentor junior auditors, oversee complex testing and walkthroughs, and work with business areas to recommend corrective actions to improve controls and regulatory compliance.

Supports employee benefits administration throughout the benefits lifecycle, including enrollment accuracy, deductions, billing, reconciliation, recordkeeping, claims questions, compliance, and employee education. Collaborates with HR partners and benefits vendors to resolve issues, prepare documentation and reports, and coordinate wellness events, open enrollment activities, and benefit education sessions.
