Drive revenue for PREIT’s DC market by leasing carts, kiosks, inline stores, parking areas, pop-up events, and other specialty uses. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating license agreements, managing merchants and mall relationships, overseeing program income and expenses, reviewing receivables and billing, supporting visual merchandising, and meeting revenue objectives.

Manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, reconciliations, depreciation, rent revenue, variance analysis, audits and compliance; supervise bookkeepers/accountants; support property A/R, collections, budgeting, tenant billings, and ad-hoc reporting.
