Manage property physical operations, maintenance, and capital projects; oversee vendors and preventative maintenance; coordinate tenant construction; ensure building systems (HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety) are code-compliant; lead safety, sustainability, and crisis response; supervise staff and control operating and capital budgets.

Manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, reconciliations, depreciation, rent revenue, variance analysis, audits and compliance; supervise bookkeepers/accountants; support property A/R, collections, budgeting, tenant billings, and ad-hoc reporting.
