Manage daily operations of the NYC office including vendor and facilities oversight, supplies and procurement, new-hire onboarding logistics, event and office-move coordination, documentation maintenance, and employee experience initiatives. Provide light executive support and cross-functional project assistance to keep the workspace organized, welcoming, and compliant.

Lead market access, reimbursement, and commercial infrastructure for a first-in-category Class III brain-computer interface. Establish coverage, coding, payment, pricing, and contracting strategies across CMS and commercial payers. Shape evidence generation with clinical, regulatory, and medical teams, implement market access systems and payer analytics, build field reimbursement/provider support, and manage external partners to enable adoption and revenue pathways for implantable neurotechnology.

Lead a team of equipment engineers/technicians to own equipment uptime, maintenance programs, spare parts strategy, and new equipment installations/qualifications (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ) for front-end MEMS and back-end device assembly supporting Class III medical implant production under QMS.

Lead production quality for a Class III BCI microfabrication and device-assembly site: own line-level quality support, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, MVP), risk analysis (ISO 14971), NCMR/CAPA/MRB investigations, change control, QMS documentation, CSV, and design transfer/NPI activities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Process, Equipment, and R&D teams to maintain compliant, capable production.

Translate schematics into manufacturable multilayer PCB layouts for implantable electronics. Perform component placement and routing for analog, RF, high-speed, digital, and power. Generate fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerbers, ODB++, IPC-2581, drill, pick-and-place), coordinate DFM and vendor reviews, maintain PCB libraries and documentation, and manage board revisions and configuration control.

Design and implement front-end and back-end systems for a regulated BCI clinical UX and cloud platform. Build real-time and offline rendering engines for high-frequency physiological data, develop APIs and data models, perform rapid prototyping, follow IEC 62304-compliant SDLC, produce documentation, and support clinical teams (travel up to 10%).

Implement and maintain quality processes and an eQMS for medical device R&D and clinical builds. Manage document control, training, CAPAs, purchasing, inventory, incoming inspection, build requests, supplier qualification, labeling, audits support, and quality records tracking under Quality team guidance.

Analyze and improve the end-to-end BCI signal acquisition chain, design advanced signal processing (e.g., adaptive filters), model device vs. bench performance, and collaborate with EE, firmware, ML, and software teams to optimize on-device/embedded signal processing for a medical brain-computer interface.
