Train account staff on workflows, maintain compliance (HIPAA), manage expenses, report pipeline and forecasts, and attend conferences to generate leads.

Manage client accounts for a clinical laboratory by preventing pre- and post-analytical defects, optimizing claim workflows, improving time-to-payment and claim acceptance, educating providers on documentation requirements, delivering on-site training, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue retention and reduce denials.

Drive territory revenue growth for a clinical diagnostics lab by developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. Manage account relationships, train staff on workflows, coordinate logistics and supplies, present and close business, maintain pipeline and forecasts, attend conferences, manage expenses, and ensure HIPAA/compliance. Frequent in-person multi-state travel required.

Prepare aliquots of oral fluid and urine specimens, identify special‑handling and discrepant samples, maintain workstation cleanliness and PPE compliance, handle biohazard disposal, perform specimen inventory, scanning/organization, troubleshooting, and assist with other laboratory duties following SOPs and company policies.

Manage and grow provider accounts by preventing pre- and post-analytical defects, optimizing claim workflows, improving time-to-payment and acceptance rates, delivering on-site training, advising providers on documentation/payer requirements, monitoring claims, coordinating corrective actions, and working cross-functionally to improve revenue retention and reduce denials.

Process and analyze high-complexity clinical laboratory tests, handle specimen processing, perform quality control, calibrations, and documentation. Identify and correct test performance issues, report results, and complete proficiency testing. Perform statistical and data analyses, meet daily sample turnaround targets, complete assigned training, and use Microsoft 365 tools. Work scheduled 10-hour shifts including weekends and some on-site duties.
