Lead a multi-partner national program evaluating Indian AI models for agricultural advisory. Responsibilities include coordinating government, academic, technical, and field partners; designing benchmarking frameworks; overseeing technical and farmer-facing evaluations; managing contracts, budgets, compute resources, data access, and compliance; and synthesizing technical, safety, usability, operational, and cost evidence into recommendations for government decision-makers.

Lead India-based weather advisory initiatives for smallholder farmers, partnering with government agencies and multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and scale digital forecast services. Manage strategy, budgets, work plans, stakeholder relationships, monitoring and evaluation, operational delivery, adaptive learning, fundraising support, and external representation. The role focuses on embedding weather services into public systems for sustainable impact and documenting lessons for global learning.

Lead PxD's flagship Ethiopia program by managing end-to-end program design, delivery, and M&E; build senior government and donor relationships; oversee multidisciplinary teams (research, product, tech); manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing; translate evidence into scalable digital agriculture interventions; represent PxD externally and codify institutional learning.

Lead and manage a portfolio of research projects on digital agriculture in Africa, designing and overseeing evaluations (A/B tests, RCTs), data collection and analysis, IRB compliance, stakeholder engagement, and translation of evidence into program improvements. Mentor staff, manage partners, contribute to proposals and communications, and support scaling of evidence-backed services.

Support design and implementation of field research: data cleaning, descriptive and simple regression analysis, survey instrument drafting, enumerator training, IRB support, literature reviews, documentation, and communications. Assist with institutional knowledge, partner relations, and proposal/report contributions under moderate supervision.

Manage and implement rigorous research projects in low- and middle-income countries: design studies, oversee data collection and analysis, ensure ethics/IRB compliance, manage budgets, partners, and staff, and disseminate findings to inform PxD programs.
