Manage and implement rigorous research projects in low- and middle-income countries: design studies, oversee data collection and analysis, ensure ethics/IRB compliance, manage budgets, partners, and staff, and disseminate findings to inform PxD programs.

Lead and manage rigorous research and learning for digital agriculture projects in India, designing and overseeing surveys, A/B tests, experiments, and evaluations. Translate evidence into operational improvements, manage stakeholders and government partnerships, ensure IRB and ethics compliance, mentor staff, contribute to proposals and reporting, and support scaling of evidence-backed services.

Lead and manage a portfolio of research projects on digital agriculture in Africa, designing and overseeing evaluations (A/B tests, RCTs), data collection and analysis, IRB compliance, stakeholder engagement, and translation of evidence into program improvements. Mentor staff, manage partners, contribute to proposals and communications, and support scaling of evidence-backed services.
