Execute end-to-end AI/ML projects, build data pipelines and models, analyze complex and geospatial datasets, collaborate with program teams, ensure quality and responsible AI practices, and support learning and capacity-building.

Lead HR as a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner: manage employee relations caseloads, coach and develop managers and staff, own safeguarding (policy, investigations, training), partner with the COO on organisational change, workforce planning and people strategy, and provide HR guidance across jurisdictions for a dispersed international NGO workforce.

Lead development and execution of PxD's communications strategy; manage digital channels, website updates, brand and editorial quality, and external presence; coordinate consultants and field content; support media relations, events, internal communications, governance, and measurement of communications impact.
