Manages rigorous research and evidence-based digital agriculture programs with government partners in India. Responsibilities include research design, implementation, data management, analysis, survey development, IRB compliance, stakeholder relationships, reporting, communications, and staff mentorship. The role requires applying economic and randomized evaluation methods to improve programs and scale agricultural services through government systems.

Coordinate India operations across recruitment scheduling, onboarding, travel logistics, events, vendor management, facilities, and internal tools. Maintain operational documentation, manage sensitive information, support compliance, and improve scalable processes. The role serves as a coordination point among candidates, employees, vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing organization.

Leads the design, testing, documentation, and scaling of weather data pipelines that convert scientific forecasts into timely, location-specific farmer messages. Oversees data quality, automated processing, system replication across geographies and dissemination channels, technical requirements, and stakeholder coordination. Translates between forecast science, engineering, research, and program teams while guiding staff and contributing to funding proposals and institutional knowledge management.
