Lead planning, buying, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media campaigns for healthcare and pharma clients. Serve as strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, manage budgets, vendor relationships, campaign financials, and timelines, and mentor junior staff while identifying emerging media opportunities and improving agency-wide media practices.

Provide in-country HR operational expertise and lead complex employee lifecycle activities. Ensure local legislative compliance, support employee relations, coordinate with Payroll/Benefits/HRIS and vendors, implement global HR initiatives locally, support audits, and identify process and governance improvements.

Design, develop, and optimize SQL-based data solutions and ETL pipelines in Microsoft SQL Server. Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, validation, and documentation. Partner with delivery, engineering, and client teams, support production systems, participate in code reviews, and drive process improvements with minimal oversight.
