Teams at Precision AQ

Oversee financial management, forecasting, project accounting, revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and executive reporting for a client portfolio. Supervise monthly close and project tracking, assess contracts, manage intercompany transactions and subcontractor costs, monitor project profitability, and ensure GAAP and ASC 606 compliance. Lead process improvements, mentor finance staff, and collaborate with FP&A, legal, project leadership, and senior management.

Supports financial management for a client portfolio through project accounting, monthly close, revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing, accruals, budget tracking, intercompany transactions, and audit preparation. The role reconciles project financials, reviews contracts and expenses, maintains financial trackers, supports annual budgeting, develops processes, and mentors junior staff while partnering with project leads, clients, and finance teams.

Produces recurring and ad hoc commercial operations reports, dashboards, and analyses covering pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and KPIs. Maintains Salesforce data quality, analyzes pipeline health and performance trends, supports reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives, and provides analytical support for executive presentations, QBRs, territory analysis, and strategic operational projects.
