Coordinate end-to-end Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows for promotional, educational, and corporate materials. Manage timelines, approvals, version control, documentation, and cross-functional meetings. Identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, maintain audit-ready records, support stakeholder onboarding, and proactively communicate risks and status to ensure compliant, timely approvals.

As Monitoring Oversight Lead, you'll oversee monitoring in clinical programs, assess performance, develop strategies for issue detection, and ensure audit readiness while mentoring teams.

Plan and execute end-to-end HCP, patient, speaker, advisory board, congress, and internal meetings across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Manage logistics, vendor/agency relationships, budgets, registration, travel, onsite execution, compliance, and stakeholder communications. Monitor outcomes, reconcile expenses, and implement process improvements to ensure exceptional attendee experience and program efficiency.
