Collaborate with teams to design, maintain, and deploy software systems that ensure compliance and operational excellence in a clinical environment.

The role involves strategic partnership and hands-on execution in shaping organizational design, coaching leaders, and driving talent decisions to support Praxis's transition to a commercial organization.

Design and optimize field commercialization capabilities—KPIs, dashboards, incentive compensation, targeting/segmentation, vendor data management, and analytics—to support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch field effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Leadership, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance, IT, and Compliance to translate strategy into measurable execution frameworks and scalable processes.
