Support procurement and supplier management for property and facilities services: run tendering and low-risk sourcing, maintain supplier onboarding and contract records, track supplier performance and KPIs, prepare commercial analysis and procurement reports, ensure governance and auditability, support mobilisation and stakeholder engagement, and identify cost‑saving and process improvements.

Own and deliver procurement for property and facilities portfolios: lead tenders, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, drive cost savings, ensure governance and KPI-led supplier performance, and align procurement with operational teams.

Owns quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of group entities, including P&L, balance sheets, reconciliations, billing, accruals, intercompany accounting, and variance analysis. Supports budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts, audits, and commercial reporting. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, explaining financial performance to non-finance stakeholders, and improving or automating finance processes across a growing real estate business.

Provides professional front-of-house and reception services in a managed office building. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering calls, supporting tenants, conducting property and safety inspections, recording deliveries and contractors, controlling access, responding to emergencies, testing fire alarms, maintaining incident logs, supporting events, and reporting security or maintenance issues. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organisation, IT skills, and awareness of health, safety, and security procedures.
