Own management accounts, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, billing accuracy, and commercial financial reporting across sites, contracts, clients, and service lines. Build financial models, assess profitability, improve cost recovery and recharges, and provide practical advice to operational teams and senior management. Establish finance processes, controls, audit trails, and reporting workflows using Sage Intacct while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate routine finance activities.

Support procurement and supplier management for property and facilities services: run tendering and low-risk sourcing, maintain supplier onboarding and contract records, track supplier performance and KPIs, prepare commercial analysis and procurement reports, ensure governance and auditability, support mobilisation and stakeholder engagement, and identify cost‑saving and process improvements.

Owns quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of group entities, including P&L, balance sheets, reconciliations, billing, accruals, intercompany accounting, and variance analysis. Supports budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts, audits, and commercial reporting. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, explaining financial performance to non-finance stakeholders, and improving or automating finance processes across a growing real estate business.
