Lead the entire security function at a major Glasgow retail destination. Responsibilities include managing Security Managers and the wider team, setting security strategy, overseeing risk and incident response, leading counter-terrorism preparedness and Martyn’s Law compliance, managing contractors, systems, budgets and performance, and coordinating with police, emergency services, tenants and centre management.

Own and deliver procurement for property and facilities portfolios: lead tenders, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, drive cost savings, ensure governance and KPI-led supplier performance, and align procurement with operational teams.

Support procurement and supplier management for property and facilities services: run tendering and low-risk sourcing, maintain supplier onboarding and contract records, track supplier performance and KPIs, prepare commercial analysis and procurement reports, ensure governance and auditability, support mobilisation and stakeholder engagement, and identify cost‑saving and process improvements.
