Perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products, raw materials and samples. Operate and maintain lab equipment, perform calibrations, antibiotic testing, weight control, and sanitation. Document results per SOPs and SQF/food-safety requirements, communicate quality issues to production, follow GMPs, wear PPE, and work night shifts with occasional weekends and overtime.

Provide phone and email customer service, perform 10-key order entry, process orders for load scheduling, balance shipped/delivered products, handle deposits and statements, and perform daily office functions in a fast-paced environment.

Load and unload coolers and trucks, palletize and stack orders, use RF scanners for inventory, perform routine equipment inspections, follow OSHA and safety procedures, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain cleanliness, and meet daily production goals.
