Manages customer accounts receivable, including posting check and ACH payments, processing financial transactions, researching and disputing deductions, running aging reports, identifying delinquent accounts, and pursuing collections. Communicates with customers and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily accounting operations.

Coordinates employee benefits administration, compliance, reporting, audits, invoices, open enrollment, carrier implementations, and employee inquiries. Supports ACA, ERISA, COBRA, IRS Section 125, leave processes, union billing, HSA funding, and benefits documentation. Requires strong Excel, HRIS, payroll, organizational, communication, confidentiality, and data-management skills.

Manages customer relationships and territory business, develops new accounts, secures product authorizations, ensures retail shelf and pricing execution, manages trade spending and promotions, presents customer business reviews, and delivers annual volume and margin targets. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, customer P&L management, sales presentations, and occasional overnight travel.
