Prepare, load and unload coolers and trucks, maintain clean safe work areas, complete paperwork, meet production goals, and follow safety protocols while performing physically demanding tasks.

Oversee plant production activities, ensure production targets, quality and safety are met, supervise production staff, and report to the Plant Manager. (See attached job description for full duties.)

Supervise cooler and loadout operations, managing a crew of 15+ to ensure accurate product counts, proper rotation, safe loading/unloading, paperwork completion, scheduling, and communication between production, branches, and customers. Enforce safety, sanitation, quality, and productivity standards while covering flexible shifts and fostering continuous improvement and team development.
