Serve as the executive owner for AI transformation at mid-market clients: convene and facilitate C-suite AI steering committees, build board-ready AI roadmaps tied to KPIs and ROI, coordinate delivery teams, unblock workstreams, surface expansion opportunities, and refine the AI Chief of Staff playbook to scale Pragmatico’s offerings.

Design and build AI-powered automation workflows and integrations for Pragmatico and clients. Lead discovery, architect solutions using LLM APIs and integration platforms (Zapier/Make.com), present solutions to stakeholders, train client teams, and create reusable automation frameworks and thought leadership content.

Own end-to-end client engagements to drive AI transformation: translate executive strategy into roadmaps, align multi-workstream delivery, run steering committees, ensure outcomes and ROI, and expand business through client relationships and quota-driven growth.
