Customer Quality Engineer responsible for managing customer quality concerns, complaints, product qualifications, failure analysis, corrective actions, and quality metrics. The role supports NPI and high-volume manufacturing, coordinates investigations, ensures compliance with ISO standards, and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing and internal operations teams. It requires strong customer engagement, audit, quality planning, root cause analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Owns metal-oxide PVD process development, qualification, sustaining, and transfer to high-volume manufacturing. Leads optimization of deposition rate, stoichiometry, film stress, resistivity, uniformity, and particle performance. Drives root-cause investigations, SPC, process capability analysis, equipment qualification, change control, and cross-functional integration. Directly manages and mentors a small deposition engineering team while providing technical leadership on chamber troubleshooting, reactive sputtering, and process improvement.

Drive manufacturing quality improvements at a semiconductor manufacturing site. Responsibilities include managing the Fab Quality System, leading problem-solving and Six Sigma initiatives, overseeing change management, audits, supplier quality programs, training, technical documentation, reporting, and non-conformance reduction. The role also supports ISO compliance and MRB processes while collaborating with Operations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and decommissioning of 300mm photolithography and bake equipment. Troubleshoot complex tools, train technicians, maintain tracking/MES and KPI reporting, drive continuous improvement, and support cleanroom operations and secondary equipment areas.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programmes and projects. Define scope, plans, budgets and risk/issue management; establish governance, report to senior leadership, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful implementation, transition and benefits realisation. Provide technical leadership, promote best-practice delivery methodologies and continuously improve project management practices.
