Lead development and implementation of systems converting farm production and geospatial data into greenhouse gas and sustainability metrics. Oversee data collection, stewardship, QA/QC, modeling (R, Roth C, Fieldprint-style tools), and reporting. Coordinate data pipelines with agronomy, engineering, and partners; ensure audit readiness, documentation, and traceability; support Scope 1–3 inventories, disclosures, and a centralized emissions data warehouse. Manage contractors, improve automation, and communicate findings to technical and leadership audiences.

Lead creation, design, editing and distribution of email communications and newsletters; analyze campaign performance; develop processes for consistent, efficient email marketing; create social media content; support website updates; coordinate cross-departmental work, manage lists and segmentation, report metrics, and handle public inquiries.

Lead and supervise the cropping systems team to deliver agronomic technical assistance, manage cropping systems projects and extended-rotation cost-share programs, oversee staff/contractors/partners, facilitate cross-team collaboration, maintain data and project reporting, and support farmer engagement and external partnerships.
