Provides technical assistance to farmers adopting regenerative row-crop practices, including cover crops, small grains, forages, and reduced fertilizer use. Coordinates farm systems cost-share programs, maintains program data, facilitates farmer networks and events, responds to inquiries, promotes programs, and collaborates across teams. The role requires Midwestern crop production knowledge, cropping-plan development, communication, data entry, customer service, and careful coordination. Hybrid work is available in Ames, Iowa, with potential seasonal travel.

Manage cost-share and farm viability data in CRM and project management systems, maintain data protocols, develop collection tools, analyze program results, and prepare reports and maps for funders and partners. The role requires careful administrative coordination, compliance review, communication with farmers, and independent work planning. It is full-time with hybrid flexibility, a monthly Ames office requirement, and seasonal travel throughout Iowa and nearby states.
