Lead and grow a multidisciplinary industrial field services and engineering consulting team focused on industrial pure/ultrapure water and wastewater systems. Oversee safe, high-quality project execution, ensure regulatory compliance (EPA pretreatment), drive client relationships and business development, manage departmental performance and budgets, and provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, reliability, and process optimization.

Oversee fabrication department operations, lead production and project execution from planning through completion, manage schedules, materials, labor and budgets, enforce safety and quality, coordinate with customers and vendors, maintain inventory and procurement, prepare financial and production reports, and mentor fabrication staff.

Support the Water and Wastewater department with scheduling, procurement, coordination, field preparation, customer service, invoicing, cost reporting, and departmental finance. Prepare and present weekly project status and cost reports; update work orders; procure and maintain inventory and field equipment; support lab courier and chain-of-custody; liaise with customers and accounting; perform administrative and laboratory support tasks as directed.
