Leads Rochester’s Bureau of Architecture and Engineering, overseeing multidisciplinary professionals and complex public infrastructure projects. Directs planning, design, and construction of major capital initiatives, including transportation, neighborhood improvements, environmental restoration, historic preservation, and complete streets. Collaborates with elected officials, consultants, community partners, and residents while implementing the Rochester 2034 Masterplan and providing strategic municipal engineering leadership.

Lead the Winooski Housing Authority and Chittenden Housing Corporation, overseeing affordable housing, rental assistance, operations, finances, regulatory compliance, staff, and strategic growth. The Executive Director will manage approximately 384 housing units, 220 vouchers, 18 FTE, and an $11 million budget while expanding housing, improving resident experience, modernizing systems, and building relationships with boards, government agencies, funders, and community partners.

Oversee the Town’s accounting and financial operations, including a $65 million budget, reporting, audits, bonded debt, capital assets, municipal financing, and internal controls. Lead a three-person team, advise the Town Board and department heads, improve budgeting and purchasing processes, and provide clear financial guidance. The role requires municipal finance expertise, supervisory accounting experience, and knowledge of governmental accounting standards.
