Provides environmental, health, and safety compliance support in a chemical manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include regulatory interpretation, permit and compliance tracking, inspections, reporting, audits, incident investigations, EHS training, capital project reviews, and technical guidance to plant leadership. The role liaises with regulators and legal teams, manages EHS programs, supports corrective actions, and promotes continuous improvement in occupational safety and environmental performance.

Oversee furnace, spray-dry, shipping, and plant production operations while supervising personnel and ensuring resources meet production orders. Maintain quality, safety, environmental compliance, and productivity standards. Support ISO 9001 and RC14001 management systems, participate in HSE initiatives and investigations, communicate operational information, and contribute to plant-wide improvement programs.

Develop full-stack AI-powered applications, agents, workflow automations, and intelligent business solutions. Integrate APIs, LLMs, and agent frameworks while using tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot. Collaborate with business teams, rapidly prototype and test solutions, and support deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.

Manages and grows an assigned customer portfolio while maintaining sales and profitability. Generates new business through outbound prospecting, researches and qualifies leads, negotiates pricing within guidelines, and advances opportunities through the sales pipeline. Serves as the primary customer contact, maintains CRM records, monitors market and competitor activity, and collaborates with account management, customer service, and technical support to resolve issues and improve service. This office-based role requires occasional travel.

Manages an assigned customer portfolio, maintains sales and profitability, handles customer inquiries, and develops relationships. Generates and qualifies leads through outbound prospecting, advances opportunities through the sales pipeline, negotiates pricing within guidelines, monitors market trends, and coordinates with customer service, account management, and technical support to resolve issues and ensure efficient order processing.

Owns channel strategy, distributor selection, onboarding, performance management, and growth across the United States and Canada. Manages distributor and direct-account relationships, pricing, negotiations, sales pipeline, forecasting, and volume, revenue, and margin targets. Generates demand through new applications and markets, supports distributor training and joint selling, and collaborates with technical, product, customer service, supply chain, and operations teams. Represents the company at trade shows and customer events while traveling approximately 50%.

Manages chemical manufacturing operations for the Gel Department, including production planning, operator direction, product quality, budgeting, EHS compliance, maintenance coordination, emergency response, ISO management systems, and continuous improvement. Leads safety, environmental, quality, productivity, employee development, and union workforce initiatives while monitoring unit performance and correcting operational or budget deviations.

Lead a three-person AP team handling full AP cycle for US and Canada, forecast weekly cash needs, manage vendor master and payments, support month-end accruals and reconciliations in SAP/BlackLine, administer Concur T&E and P-card reviews, maintain internal controls, and troubleshoot AP automation.
