Lead safe, compliant, reliable, and profitable operation of a silicate manufacturing plant. Oversee operations, maintenance, EH&S, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement, budgeting, capital projects, customer service, and people leadership to meet safety, regulatory, quality, delivery, and financial targets.

Support EHS project management and regulatory compliance for a chemical manufacturing site: monitor laws, interpret permits, run inspections, manage reporting (EPCRA, SARA, Title V, NPDES), train staff, investigate incidents, and advise on EHS in capital projects.

Provide EHS project management and regulatory compliance support for a chemical manufacturing site. Monitor and interpret federal, state and local environmental and safety regulations; prepare required reports (EPCRA, SARA, Title V, NPDES); conduct site inspections, incident investigations, audits, training, and EHS reviews of capital projects. Liaise with regulators and legal, maintain compliance calendar, and support the EHS management system and departmental budget.
