Senior VDC BIM Specialist creates and manages 3D electrical models, performs clash detection and resolution, produces 2D CAD and as-built drawings, coordinates with field teams and contractors, supports VDC team members, and recommends process improvements to ensure accurate, constructible models and documentation for project delivery.

Supports project managers on electrical construction projects by maintaining documentation, tracking schedules, assisting budgeting and procurement, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, performing site visits, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely project closeout.

Coordinate communication between project managers, field technicians, and superintendents to support electrical construction projects. Track materials, permits, schedules, and documentation; assist with estimating, procurement, billing, closeouts, and office administration while promoting safety and maintaining organized project records.

Partner with HR Manager and branch leadership to deliver strategic HR services across compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and development, performance management, employee relations, HRIS administration, and workforce planning to support branch goals and compliance with employment laws.

Lead execution of enterprise marketing strategy for assigned operating company: develop demand-generation campaigns, manage brand and content, oversee CX initiatives, maintain digital/MarTech and analytics, align cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and mentor junior marketing staff to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and business performance.
