Provide operational support and administration for hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, AD), networks, servers, and identity platforms. Troubleshoot incidents, perform provisioning, patching, and lifecycle maintenance, support projects and deployments, assist security/compliance and DR efforts, document procedures, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure system reliability and continuity.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across the Southeastern US while coaching a Talent Acquisition team. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and talent pipelines for field, technical, professional, and leadership roles. Drive process improvements, recruiting metrics, reporting, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience. Travel ~10% to support hiring and business partnership activities.

Serve as the central communicator between Project Managers, Field Technicians, and Superintendents to coordinate resources, permits, inspections, materials, schedules, and documentation. Support estimating, purchasing, billing, submittals, closeouts, and maintain project records. Facilitate vendor and customer communications and enforce safety practices and reporting.
