Lead strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, adoption, and value realization for enterprise AI and technology products. Translate business needs into requirements, backlogs, launch plans, adoption programs, and measurable outcomes. Partner with IT, cybersecurity, architects, vendors, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to evaluate and scale AI products including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, intelligent automation, enterprise search, and knowledge solutions. Support AI governance, product metrics, user feedback, continuous improvement, and responsible product adoption.

Supports mechanical engineers and project teams on industrial automation projects involving custom machines, robotics, machine safety, and manufacturing technologies. Assists with mechanical and robotic cell design, drawing review, system testing, troubleshooting, documentation, research, and continuous improvement. Participates in training, jobsite visits, cross-functional rotations, project administration, safety activities, and hazard recognition. Requires current enrollment in a relevant mechanical, robotics, or automation-related degree program.

Lead enterprise AI architecture and delivery across cloud platforms, AI applications, agents, automation, RAG, enterprise search, and integrations. Translate business priorities into secure, scalable solutions, prototypes, standards, and reference implementations. Establish governance for identity, evaluation, telemetry, cost visibility, DevOps, LLMOps, releases, and support. Partner with product, IT, cybersecurity, data teams, vendors, and business stakeholders while mentoring technical contributors.
