Lead end-to-end machine safety projects: scoping, proposals, resource and financial management, mitigation design and integration, and third-party verification to ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, ISO standards while managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Support departmental administrative, project coordination, and research tasks. Shadow professionals, participate in trainings and site visits, assist with document organization, data entry, reporting, and safety practices while gaining exposure to company operations and industry workflows.

Manage customer invoicing, process payments, reconcile accounts, monitor and collect overdue receivables, ensure compliance with AR policies and internal controls, support process improvements and documentation, and provide administrative support.
