Oversee power infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, budget, schedule, and scope requirements. Manage equipment and field-service staffing, monitor progress and deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate with customers, operations, and engineering teams, and prepare project reports. The role supervises field service technicians and requires at least 50% work at assigned project sites, along with PPE use and physical activity.

Provides administrative and project support for the NRTL team by communicating with clients, preparing estimates and proposals, organizing project records, coordinating schedules, tracking deadlines, and supporting billing follow-up. The role requires strong communication, organization, document preparation, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, and the ability to interpret simple electrical drawings. It is primarily an office-based position with no supervisory responsibilities.

Leads the National Accounts team, managing account managers and strategic relationships with major clients. Develops account plans, drives sales and revenue growth, identifies business opportunities, negotiates contracts, oversees renewals, analyzes performance metrics, and reports KPIs to senior leadership. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration, client relationship management, personnel leadership, and frequent travel to meet national accounts and attend industry events.
