Lead company-wide quality, reliability, and design-for-reliability efforts for semiconductor products. Bridge design teams, foundries, and OSATs to define quality requirements, manage supplier qualifications, oversee manufacturing quality metrics, lead product qualification and risk assessments, execute stress testing to build predictive reliability models, and standardize quality systems and DfR methodologies to maximize product lifetime.

The role involves designing and developing analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, conducting simulations, providing layout guidance, and supporting silicon validation.
