Manage deployment of EV charging hubs across Portugal and Spain: oversee multiple installation projects, coordinate installers/contractors/suppliers, supervise technicians, manage logistics and CAPEX, perform site visits and emergency commissioning to ensure on-time, on-budget, and safe deliveries.

Drive strategy, business development, and account management for professional fleet customers. Prospect, sign, and manage fleet clients to increase usage of Powerdot EV charging stations and provide product feedback to improve fleet offerings.

Lead Powerdot's external and internal communications across multiple European markets: define narrative and strategy, run PR and social, manage agencies and a small team, protect brand reputation, and measure comms impact tied to commercial and talent goals.

Manage field technicians and subcontractors to maintain, diagnose, and repair EV chargers. Own preventive and corrective maintenance, safety, KPI monitoring, P&L for hubs, process standardization, automation opportunities, and cross-functional coordination to improve network uptime and user experience.

Manage and nurture partnerships for long-term success, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize partner experience and growth.

The Intern DepOps Specialist will assist in the process of connecting EV charging stations to the power grid by coordinating with DSOs and managing documentation.

Lead development and ownership of Health & Safety processes across markets. Drive safety roadmap, translate regulations into field protocols, manage PPE lifecycle, coordinate training and audits, support local teams, and build safety reporting and KPIs to reduce incidents and improve field safety culture.

Design, build, and deploy scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices for an EV charging platform. Implement AWS-based infrastructure, database systems, messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes). Collaborate cross-functionally, ensure reliability/security/testability, and mentor junior engineers.

As a Partnership Success Coordinator, you'll deepen partnerships with retailers, drive client satisfaction, and expand the partner network to enhance EV charger integration into retail operations.
