Own the Data team’s product roadmap, including governed reporting, self-service analytics, and data models. Lead data quality and consistency initiatives, prioritize cross-functional requests, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure reliable data for AI agents. Partner with engineering, analytics, data science, pricing, energy, finance, operations, and growth teams while measuring product adoption and user trust.

Designs and analyzes growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue channels. The role manages A/B tests, email flows, campaigns, dashboards, and visualizations; analyzes funnel and behavioral data; defines hypotheses and success metrics; documents results; and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations. It also identifies risks, edge cases, and potential abuse patterns before initiatives launch.

Owns end-to-end projects improving EV charger uptime and operational efficiency across multiple European markets. Diagnoses underperforming sites, analyzes ticket workflows and failure patterns, builds Metabase dashboards and performance reports, simplifies processes, maintains SOPs, drives automation, and coordinates central teams, field teams, suppliers, and partners. The role requires translating operational data into prioritized recovery actions and following initiatives through to measurable improvements in uptime, resolution time, and revenue.

Lead cross-functional operational and strategic projects across France and Belgium, from problem definition through execution and measurable results. Responsibilities include coordinating the cable theft response, managing stakeholders, tracking KPIs, analyzing operational data, creating dashboards, improving processes, and building automations. The role partners with operations, product, data, public authorities, and industry organizations while providing performance updates and recommendations to senior management.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices for an EV charging platform. Build AWS-based systems, optimize relational and non-relational databases, implement RabbitMQ and Kafka messaging, and use Docker and Kubernetes for deployment. Ensure reliability, security, performance, and testability while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Own Powerdot’s external and internal communications strategy across five markets. Lead PR, media relations, social presence, storytelling, CEO communications, agency partnerships, reputation management, and high-stakes communications. Build internal alignment across a distributed team, manage one direct report, ensure consistent messaging, and measure communications performance against commercial and talent goals.

Builds and operates scalable partner-operations processes, including onboarding, reporting, performance monitoring, issue escalation, billing workflows, and reconciliation. Automates repetitive work with AI and no-code or low-code tools, consolidates partner data, creates playbooks, and coordinates across Commercial, Finance, Data, and Engineering teams. The role requires strong organization, spreadsheet and data skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn ambiguous processes into repeatable systems.

Identify and validate partnership-led growth opportunities in France. Develop business cases, partnership propositions, pilots, targets, and success measures. Own execution from outreach through launch and performance review, analyze outcomes, and recommend scaling, adaptation, or termination. Coordinate Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Brand teams while documenting learnings and supporting handoffs into established operations.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic French mobility-service partners for an EV charging network. Own and validate partnership-led growth opportunities in France, from initial hypotheses through scalable business launches. Build business cases, design partnership propositions and pilots, set success metrics, analyze results, and recommend whether to scale, adapt, or stop.
