Provide multilingual frontline support for EV charging customers across calls, email, and chat. Troubleshoot charging and operational issues, monitor charger health, triage and escalate urgent problems, document interactions, and identify recurring trends for internal teams. The role requires empathy, strong communication, proactive issue ownership, rotating-shift flexibility, and fluency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Candidates must be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate and should be interested in electric mobility and sustainability.

Manage and grow relationships with major strategic accounts in the EV charging sector. Responsibilities include monitoring account and station performance, leading quarterly business reviews, coordinating internal teams, developing partner initiatives, identifying operational opportunities, translating feedback into actions, and improving account management processes. The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, commercial, and prioritization skills.

Lead Powerdot’s Product organization across EV charging infrastructure, software platforms, customer experiences, and internal tools. Own product strategy, roadmap, operating model, prioritization, product quality, measurement, and people development. Manage and coach Product Managers and Product Designers across multiple teams, establish scalable product practices, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and commercial teams to connect customer needs with business outcomes.
