Owns end-to-end projects improving EV charger uptime and operational efficiency across multiple European markets. Diagnoses underperforming sites, analyzes ticket workflows and failure patterns, builds Metabase dashboards and performance reports, simplifies processes, maintains SOPs, drives automation, and coordinates central teams, field teams, suppliers, and partners. The role requires translating operational data into prioritized recovery actions and following initiatives through to measurable improvements in uptime, resolution time, and revenue.

Manage day-to-day office operations, suppliers, procurement, workplace services, and office budgets while supporting Finance administration. Review employee expenses, control corporate cards, maintain supplier master data, document Finance processes in Confluence, and coordinate Finance requests through Jira. Track ticket SLAs, workload, backlogs, and resolution performance, prepare reports, resolve data or process issues, and identify operational improvements.

Lead cross-functional operational and strategic projects across France and Belgium, from problem definition through execution and measurable results. Responsibilities include coordinating the cable theft response, managing stakeholders, tracking KPIs, analyzing operational data, creating dashboards, improving processes, and building automations. The role partners with operations, product, data, public authorities, and industry organizations while providing performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
