The Staff Accountant prepares monthly reconciliations, assists with journal entries, analyzes GL accounts, prepares financial statements, supports year-end close, facilitates audits, manages property taxes, and maintains asset records.

Perform outbound prospecting, qualify leads, assist Account Managers, enter quotes/orders, maintain CRM/ERP records (Salesforce, SXe), support pricing/bids, and liaise with purchasing to resolve stock/pricing issues.

Manage a defined territory to meet sales and gross profit targets by pursuing new and existing customer opportunities. Maintain customer records, enter quotes/orders, coordinate with Purchasing and District Sales Managers, handle AR follow-up and payment processing, support promotions and vendor events, and participate in product training and meetings.
