Resolves customer complaints and vendor issues by reviewing case urgency, value, request type, shipment information, and warehouse records. Determines causes, selects solutions, expedites corrective actions, communicates with account managers, and maintains historical case documentation and supporting records. The role requires analytical, organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Processes and posts vendor invoices, validates discounts, reconciles receiving and costing discrepancies, works open receiver reports and vendor statements, processes stock and drop-ship orders, and resolves complex EDI and invoice discrepancies.

Supports account managers by entering customer orders and quotes, researching open orders and products, processing return authorizations and quality records, obtaining proof of delivery, following up on accounts receivable, distributing literature, and performing clerical tasks.
