Leads quality assurance across two manufacturing facilities by managing corrective actions, supplier audits, QMS documentation, internal audits, FMEAs, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, and field performance analysis. Maintains ISO compliance, tracks quality KPIs, drives continuous improvement, supports new product introduction and design changes, resolves customer and supplier escalations, and mentors junior quality personnel. Requires independent project leadership and up to 10% domestic travel.

Designs and develops power generation enclosure systems, including 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials. Plans and leads complex technical projects, resolves product and process issues, supports new product implementation, presents design reviews, and mentors junior engineering staff. The role requires understanding of welding, sheet metal forming, fabrication, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.

Leads manufacturing engineering across multiple facilities, managing teams and improving plant productivity, quality, safety, responsiveness, and cost. Oversees plant layouts, lean manufacturing, automation, equipment, NPI readiness, engineering change releases, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Advises internal stakeholders and customers on manufacturing processes and supports technology transfer and new product implementation.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications, presentations, confidential records, and follow-up actions. Coordinates leadership, customer, investor, banking, and Board meetings; prepares agendas and materials; tracks deadlines; and serves as a liaison across internal departments and external stakeholders. Requires strong organization, judgment, discretion, communication, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Oversee month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting records. Manage warranty accruals, payroll and benefits accounts, prepaid items, debt, and fixed assets. Prepare reports for audits, develop accounting policies and procedures, support internal control remediation and SOX compliance, and contribute to special projects. The role may review lower-level accountants’ work and requires accurate, timely financial reporting.

Lead finance and accounting for Wisconsin plant(s): own close process, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory and capital tracking. Partner with operations to analyze performance, drive cost efficiency, maintain SOX/GAAP controls, support audits, produce financial reports, and develop the accounting team to support business growth and operational excellence.

Lead development and maintenance of BOMs, routings, standard work, and ERP integration to ensure manufacturing readiness, process stability, and cost visibility. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support NPI, optimize plant layout and tooling, drive Lean continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring safety and compliance.

Design and test electrical systems for diesel/gas generators, produce AutoCAD Electrical schematics and BOMs, ensure NEC/UL compliance, support field troubleshooting, and assist production and product development within cost and safety constraints.

Lead development and maintenance of BOMs, routings, standard work, and ERP manufacturing data to ensure production readiness. Drive process optimization, tooling, plant layout, NPI support, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, mentor junior engineers, and ensure safety and compliance in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Lead site quality functions for packaged genset manufacturing, maintaining ISO 9001 systems, driving supplier and field quality, implementing control plans and SPC, conducting root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why), and partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve yield, reduce defects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
