Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering staff to plan, design, and deliver complex power-generation packages. Oversee technical reviews, project execution, budgets, compliance, safety, process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, customer-facing technical discussions, and reporting to senior management.

Lead development and maintenance of BOMs, routings, standard work, and ERP integration to ensure manufacturing readiness, process stability, and cost visibility. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support NPI, optimize plant layout and tooling, drive Lean continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring safety and compliance.

Lead technical and programmatic oversight of enclosure systems for gas and diesel generator packages. Own design development, validation, product launches, documentation release, cost/schedule control, cross-functional coordination, supplier and customer engagement, continuous improvement, and engineering resource planning for multiple concurrent programs.

Design and test electrical systems for diesel/gas generators, produce AutoCAD Electrical schematics and BOMs, ensure NEC/UL compliance, support field troubleshooting, and assist production and product development within cost and safety constraints.

Manage month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and ad-hoc reports, analyze costs and revenues, maintain ledger accuracy, support SOX/internal controls and audits, and mentor junior accountants.

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, inventory, and material availability. Release and monitor production orders, coordinate with Procurement and Manufacturing, resolve material shortages, support inventory reconciliation, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and Lean initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.

Develop and manage production schedules, coordinate material requirements and production capacity, adjust schedules for changes, liaise with sales/engineering/production/logistics, monitor inventory and ECR implementation, improve planning tools and metrics to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.

Lead development and maintenance of BOMs, routings, standard work, and ERP manufacturing data to ensure production readiness. Drive process optimization, tooling, plant layout, NPI support, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain, mentor junior engineers, and ensure safety and compliance in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Lead site quality functions for packaged genset manufacturing, maintaining ISO 9001 systems, driving supplier and field quality, implementing control plans and SPC, conducting root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why), and partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve yield, reduce defects, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead finance and accounting for Wisconsin plant(s): own close process, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory and capital tracking. Partner with operations to analyze performance, drive cost efficiency, maintain SOX/GAAP controls, support audits, produce financial reports, and develop the accounting team to support business growth and operational excellence.

Process vendor invoices, check requests, and employee expense reports; match invoices to receiving documents and post into Epicor; maintain AP reports and files; assist month-end close, audits, and payable schedules; support Senior AP Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.
