Leads investor relations strategy and communications with shareholders, analysts, financial media, and executives. Oversees earnings releases, investor presentations, SEC filings, annual reports, investor meetings, roadshows, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes market trends and shareholder sentiment, supports earnings calls and corporate communications, and collaborates with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure accurate disclosures and enhance shareholder value.

Supports the design, development, release, analysis, and validation of industrial internal combustion engine components and systems. Coordinates with mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, vendors, and customer service teams. Uses 3D modeling and engineering analysis, contributes to design standards, supports field issue resolution, and assists with validation testing and cross-facility projects.

Manage month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and ad-hoc reports, analyze costs and revenues, maintain ledger accuracy, support SOX/internal controls and audits, and mentor junior accountants.

Develops and sustains manufacturing engineering systems, including BOMs, routings, standard work, labor standards, tooling, process documentation, and Epicor ERP integration. Supports NPI readiness, process optimization, plant layout, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. Provides technical mentorship and ensures manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, cost, and production requirements.

The Staff Accountant supports monthly general ledger close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, standard cost maintenance, cost accounting, financial reporting, and audit-related analysis. The role assists with SOX controls, documentation, unusual cost review, job costing, ERP updates, and special accounting projects while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Oversee month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting records. Manage warranty accruals, payroll and benefits accounts, prepaid items, debt, and fixed assets. Prepare reports for audits, develop accounting policies and procedures, support internal control remediation and SOX compliance, and contribute to special projects. The role may review lower-level accountants’ work and requires accurate, timely financial reporting.
