Requires independent project leadership and up to 10% domestic travel.

Designs and develops power generation enclosure systems, including 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials. Plans and leads complex technical projects, resolves product and process issues, supports new product implementation, presents design reviews, and mentors junior engineering staff. The role requires understanding of welding, sheet metal forming, fabrication, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.

Leads manufacturing engineering across multiple facilities, managing teams and improving plant productivity, quality, safety, responsiveness, and cost. Oversees plant layouts, lean manufacturing, automation, equipment, NPI readiness, engineering change releases, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Advises internal stakeholders and customers on manufacturing processes and supports technology transfer and new product implementation.
