Drives sales for corporate, social, community, and private events at Woodward Park City. Responsibilities include prospecting, client relationship management, proposals, contract negotiation, CRM pipeline management, event planning, revenue forecasting, upselling, and on-site event support. The role partners cross-functionally with Food & Beverage, Marketing, Operations, Programming, Facilities, and Guest Experience teams while supporting daily food and beverage operations as needed.

Responsible for monthly and year-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, audit preparation, GAAP compliance, resolving accounting discrepancies, supporting inventory and prepaid expense accounting, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

Prepare hot and cold beverages and serve pastries while providing friendly, efficient guest service. Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, upsell products, follow recipes, maintain clean and sanitized work areas, stock supplies, and support occasional bussing and snow removal. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced mountain resort environment, constant guest interaction, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability.
