Supervises the Central Reservations team, overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, sales performance, guest service, payroll accuracy, systems, reporting, and operational processes. Coaches employees, manages escalations, develops targets and incentives, creates procedures, supports budgeting, monitors call quality, and drives continuous improvement. The Supervisor also books reservations during high call volumes and collaborates with resort leadership and strategic partners.

Seasonal food court crewmember responsible for guest service, food and beverage preparation (including barista and grilling duties), cash handling, bussing, stocking, cleaning, dishwashing, snow removal, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Role requires flexibility, teamwork, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.

Supervises up to 10 snow removal employees, schedules crews, assigns equipment and tasks, monitors payroll, and trains operators in safe equipment use. Operates heavy machinery to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and maintenance areas. Performs equipment inspections, tire-chain repair, pothole and drainage maintenance, and coordinates with mechanics, grooming operations, and resort departments. Work occurs at night in variable winter weather.
