Drive top-line revenue across Parks lodging through dynamic pricing, promotional and channel strategies. Forecast demand, manage RMS/PMS/channel tools, optimize OTAs and distribution, coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance, produce reporting, and support deployment of RoomPriceGenie and promotional calendars.

Supervise and perform terrain park builds and grooming, operate Prinoth/Pistenbully/Zaugg and winch systems, train grooming staff, ensure safety and maintenance, log nightly operations, support events, snowmaking, bike park trail and jib fleet maintenance, and oversee performance and hiring for a team of 8–10.

Lead and develop teams of 50–75 employees to deliver safe, efficient lift and tubing operations. Oversee scheduling, labor, safety compliance, inspections, training, SOP development, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellent guest experience and seasonal readiness.
