The Senior Financial Analyst conducts financial analysis, oversees budgeting, capital project analysis, and supports divisional goals through strategic financial insights.

Perform daily sawmill housekeeping: complete equipment checklists per procedure; clean mill areas using Bobcat, air wand, shovel, broom, or pitchfork; empty waste bins and maintain general cleanliness.

Perform mill-wide cleanup and debris removal using hand tools and powered equipment. Operate heavy equipment (bobcat, forklift, tractor, sweepers, loaders, manlift), mow and maintain grounds, perform firewatch and trash detail, follow safety procedures, and work scheduled shifts including weekends and overtime as directed by supervisor.

Supervise and lead plant maintenance operations: assign and follow up on work orders, troubleshoot equipment, manage predictive and preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, oversee spare parts and supply room, enforce safety/OSHA practices, train and develop crew, and support production and cost-saving initiatives.

Hand-stack 2', 4', and 6' trim blocks into packages, strap with hand bander, stamp blocks, place residuals in vibrator, perform cleanup, follow safety rules, work assigned shifts and overtime, and perform other duties as assigned.

Operate the tilt hoist to maintain a steady flow of lumber to the planer feed table: control console and foot pedal, remove stacking sticks and hang-ups with a pike pole, keep belts clear, follow safety rules, perform cleanup during downtime, work scheduled shifts and overtime, and carry out other supervisor-assigned duties.
