Provides member support through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging. Resolves digital banking issues, processes account transactions, verifies member information, researches complex requests, and maintains CRM profiles. Identifies sales and referral opportunities, coordinates with other departments, follows regulatory and privacy requirements, and meets service, quality, and performance metrics.

Supports assigned Credit Union departments with day-to-day operations and general office tasks. The intern may work across multiple departments, assisting with member service, office management, information gathering, and routine administrative duties while developing knowledge of financial services. Responsibilities require professionalism, discretion, teamwork, basic computer skills, accurate communication, and the ability to manage routine tasks with limited supervision.
