Originates, underwrites, closes, and manages commercial loan relationships to maintain asset quality. Develops new business, reviews financials, performs portfolio monitoring, resolves inquiries, structures loans, and assists with collections while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, emails and secure messages to resolve member inquiries, troubleshoot digital banking tools, perform transactions, verify account information, and recommend appropriate products. Maintain CRM records, meet quality and performance metrics, adhere to regulatory and BSA requirements, and support cross-departmental coordination to achieve first-call resolution.

Designs, implements, documents, and maintains corporate network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IDS/IPS, firewalls). Manages budgets, vendor relationships, cabling, IP address space, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoots network issues, writes technical build documentation, leads technicians/interns, advises on security, and completes assigned IT projects and compliance tasks.
