Works primarily in the community, collaborating with registered nurses, prescribers, pharmacy staff, and the clinical team.

Provides on-site administrative and reception support for an ACT mental health team. Responsibilities include data entry, phone coverage, clinical information updates, billing and Medicaid tracking, insurance eligibility verification, managed-care communications, petty cash and card reconciliation, electronic check requests, missing-client searches, and vehicle-log maintenance.
