Provide onboarding and ongoing support for PCM Nurture and storefront/API products via chat, email, and phone. Guide account setup, training calls, and data imports; troubleshoot or escalate issues; manage VIP accounts; document recurring pain points; complete daily administrative and reporting duties using internal systems and LiveAgent.

Lead and own the companys SQL Server data warehouse, replication, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Power BI analytics. Design relational models, optimize performance, establish data governance, and partner with business teams to deliver accurate, scalable reporting and semantic models.

Make outbound calls to warm leads, connect with business owners, and close Daily Mailer campaign sales. Work full-time in-office with company training, leave upbeat messages, multitask, collaborate with the team, and use Word and Excel as needed.
