Conducts research, interviews customers, identifies SEO opportunities, and applies SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-search best practices. Collaborates across teams and brands while managing deadlines, brand voice, accuracy, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Provide onboarding and ongoing support for PCM Nurture and storefront/API products via chat, email, and phone. Guide account setup, training calls, and data imports; troubleshoot or escalate issues; manage VIP accounts; document recurring pain points; complete daily administrative and reporting duties using internal systems and LiveAgent.

Lead and own the companys SQL Server data warehouse, replication, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Power BI analytics. Design relational models, optimize performance, establish data governance, and partner with business teams to deliver accurate, scalable reporting and semantic models.
