Manage operations, financials, maintenance, leasing, compliance, and resident relations across multiple residential communities. Lead, train, and support onsite teams to meet occupancy, budgeting, and regulatory goals.

Provide administrative and operational support to property management staff: answer calls, greet residents, maintain records, assist with lease administration, coordinate maintenance and vendors, process invoices, support accounts receivable/payable, prepare reports, schedule appointments, and support marketing and HR administrative tasks.

Lead all operational, financial, and physical aspects of Washington Gardens. Oversee daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, budgeting, compliance (Fair Housing, HUD/HOME when applicable), maintenance coordination, team leadership, training, and reporting using property management systems to maximize occupancy, NOI, and resident retention.
