Manages the operational, financial, physical, and compliance performance of multiple residential communities. Leads onsite teams, monitors occupancy and leasing, oversees budgets and financial reporting, ensures Fair Housing and affordable housing compliance, coordinates maintenance, resolves resident concerns, and supports employee development. The role also conducts property inspections, manages vendors and invoices, maintains accurate records, and travels between assigned properties as needed.

Oversee the operational, financial, compliance, maintenance, leasing, and resident-relations performance of multiple residential communities. Lead and develop onsite teams, monitor occupancy and budgets, ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing compliance, review financial reports, coordinate maintenance and capital projects, resolve escalated resident concerns, and maintain accurate records and operational reporting.

Supports daily residential community operations, including rent collection, delinquency management, leasing coordination, resident relations, recordkeeping, rental advertising, marketing, reporting, vendor communication, and maintenance issue resolution. The role also mentors leasing and administrative staff, supports the Community Manager, and helps maintain resident satisfaction and financial performance.
