Provides administrative and logistical support for a local educational program, including recruitment nominations, interview scheduling, student data management, reporting, event coordination, volunteer organization, travel logistics, supplies, calendars, phones, and office reception. Supports writing programs, training activities, retreats, ceremonies, and campus events while collaborating with program directors, students, volunteers, and guests.

Leads the Posse Los Angeles fundraising program toward an approximately $3 million annual revenue goal. Develops fundraising strategies, builds donor and prospect pipelines, cultivates corporate, foundation, and individual relationships, solicits gifts, writes grants and reports, plans fundraising events, manages grant documentation, supports advisory board activities, and supervises the development officer or associate.

Leads the Posse Bay Area’s fundraising strategy and annual development plan targeting approximately $3 million in revenue. Responsibilities include prospect pipeline development, donor cultivation and solicitation, corporate and foundation engagement, grant proposal and report writing, fundraising event planning, records management, and supervision of the development officer or associate. The role partners with site and national development teams, supports advisory board activities, manages donor portfolios, and represents the site director on fundraising matters when needed.

Develops and leads career-enhancing workshops and events, manages partnerships with career-focused organizations alongside development staff, and connects scholars and alumni with internships, job-search support, skill-building resources, and ongoing career guidance.

Lead site operations, build and maintain university partnerships, manage site budget and local advisory board, collaborate with national development to raise funds, supervise staff to coordinate program delivery, represent the organization's mission, and travel as needed.
