Lead and execute site fundraising strategy to raise approximately $3M annually. Build donor pipelines, cultivate and solicit corporate, foundation, and individual donors; write grants and reports; manage fundraising records, events, and grant/audit documentation in coordination with site and national teams.

Provide primary administrative support for a local site: manage recruitment nominations and interview logistics (using Salesforce), organize events (Award Ceremony, retreats, Posse Olympics), coordinate the Writing Program, collect and report student data, manage travel and supplies, and perform office tasks like calendars, supplies, phones, and welcoming guests. Reports to the program director and often leads volunteer coordination.

Lead site operations, build and maintain university partnerships, manage site budget and local advisory board, collaborate with national development to raise funds, supervise staff to coordinate program delivery, represent the organization's mission, and travel as needed.
