Provide administrative and fundraising support to the site director, including office management, calendar and travel coordination, petty cash, report generation, event planning, donor and constituent interaction, database management, mailings, research, grant writing, and assistance with projects and program operations.

Lead and execute site fundraising strategy to raise approximately $3M annually. Build donor pipelines, cultivate and solicit corporate, foundation, and individual donors; write grants and reports; manage fundraising records, events, and grant/audit documentation in coordination with site and national teams.

Lead site operations, build and maintain university partnerships, manage site budget and local advisory board, collaborate with national development to raise funds, supervise staff to coordinate program delivery, represent the organization's mission, and travel as needed.
