Lead internal sales to Australian distributors by developing and deepening customer relationships, researching new markets and competitors, preparing quotes and pricing, providing accurate product information, and supporting customer loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team, meet reporting and deadline expectations, and solve customer issues.

The FP&A Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, focusing on stock and margin analysis while partnering with operational teams.

Deliver hands-on warehouse training, coaching, and competency assessments to ensure SOP compliance and safety. Support onboarding, maintain training records, monitor refresher requirements, and work with operations leaders to standardise best practices across shifts.

Lead global commercial strategy and go-to-market for the assigned sector (Energy or Industrial). Set growth targets and budgets, manage key accounts and distributors, identify new market opportunities, coordinate with product, sales and marketing, present to senior leadership, and travel internationally to customers, markets and trade shows.

Manage a defined PPE/product range end-to-end, driving growth through product development, quality assurance, cost savings, and cross-functional alignment. Lead sample reviews, liaise with factories and supply chain, conduct market research, and deliver KPI-driven product launches while traveling to suppliers and trade shows as required.

Own and grow a product category or regional portfolio for PPE and workwear. Define and deliver product strategy, manage lifecycle from concept to launch, meet KPIs for growth and margin, lead and mentor junior product managers, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain, perform market and competitor analysis, negotiate with suppliers, and travel internationally as required.

Support HR strategy implementation, manage employee relations and performance management, ensure compliance with HR policies, and enhance employee experience globally.

Execute Portwest's marketing strategy in Poland, delivering integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, sponsorship, distributor co-marketing, trade shows and events. Partner with commercial and HQ teams, manage budgets, report KPIs/insights, liaise with agencies/designers, and support regional activations.
