Own and grow a key product category or regional portfolio from concept through delivery. Leads UK warehouse, distribution, logistics, and operational strategy for a 200-plus-person team. Responsibilities include managing multi-site operations, customer and supplier relationships, budgets exceeding £20 million, compliance, KPIs, process improvement, automation, robotics, and service quality. The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL environments, including substantial budget responsibility and ASRS exposure.

Leads global commercial growth for a designated Consumer, Energy, or Industrial sector. Owns sector strategy, budgets, customer and channel prioritization, business development, go-to-market planning, and performance tracking. Builds relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners; collaborates with product, sales, and marketing teams; presents opportunities and results to senior leadership; and travels internationally to customers, markets, trade shows, and company offices.

Deliver hands-on warehouse training, coaching, and competency assessments to ensure SOP compliance and safety. Support onboarding, maintain training records, monitor refresher requirements, and work with operations leaders to standardise best practices across shifts.

Source and negotiate globally with suppliers of PPE, clothing, footwear, fabrics, trims, products, and services. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, compliance, audits, category management, market research, benchmarking, and procurement controls. Lead supplier evaluation teams, monitor sourcing activity, analyze costs, and implement cost-reduction strategies while collaborating with internal stakeholders and international vendors.
