Own and grow a key product category or regional portfolio from concept through delivery. Develop product strategy, manage lifecycle performance, deliver growth and profitability KPIs, lead market and competitor analysis, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Lead and mentor junior product managers, negotiate with suppliers, report to senior leadership, and drive innovative products and market share expansion. International travel to suppliers, factories, trade shows, and markets is required.

Manage a defined PPE/product range end-to-end, driving growth through product development, quality assurance, cost savings, and cross-functional alignment. Lead sample reviews, liaise with factories and supply chain, conduct market research, and deliver KPI-driven product launches while traveling to suppliers and trade shows as required.

Manage custom PPE product projects from quote through delivery, including supplier negotiations, technical specifications, drawings, samples, certification, compliance testing, and stakeholder communication. The role covers hand protection, footwear, respiratory, and other PPE ranges, with responsibility for profitability, product quality, lead times, and on-time delivery.
