Tracks environmental legislation, improves sustainability governance, delivers training and communications, and manages external sustainability ratings such as EcoVadis.

Oversee end-to-end operations at a large-scale RMG factory, coordinating production, supply chain, stores, quality, delivery, workforce management, compliance, and financial KPIs. The role drives lean manufacturing, waste reduction, operational excellence, employee engagement, talent development, and adherence to international buyer and statutory requirements for workwear and safety garment production.

Leads UK warehouse, distribution, logistics, and operational strategy for a 200-plus-person team. Responsibilities include managing multi-site operations, customer and supplier relationships, budgets exceeding £20 million, compliance, KPIs, process improvement, automation, robotics, and service quality. The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL environments, including substantial budget responsibility and ASRS exposure.
