Provides administrative support to brokering and lending sales teams by preparing finance documents, quotations, proposals, invoices, and payout packs. Submits finance applications, completes credit and KYC checks, maintains CRM records, coordinates signatures, supports client onboarding, and communicates with lenders, banks, suppliers, and clients. Requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, prioritisation, and Microsoft Office and CRM skills.

Provide frontline technical support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Azure VPN, Zoho CRM, and other SaaS tools. Troubleshoot user and hardware issues, configure CRM workflows and automations, administer user onboarding and offboarding, manage permissions, and support business applications. Collaborate with technical teams on escalations and system improvements while handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze campaign performance and customer data to improve marketing effectiveness. Produce systematic reports, build segmentations, generate contact lists, advise on targeting, and conduct competitor and customer research to increase conversion and revenue.
