Lead and manage the internal IT helpdesk team, ensuring tickets are triaged and resolved to SLAs. Provide hands-on escalation support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and CRM SaaS (Zoho). Implement helpdesk processes, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with technical teams and external vendors.

Handle inbound calls and webchat, qualify and route leads to sales, monitor call quality and provide feedback, maintain customer records, assist with complaints, obtain customer reviews, verify and clean data, and support compliance tasks after training. Opportunity to progress into regulated finance sales support with training.

Analyze campaign performance and customer data to improve marketing effectiveness. Produce systematic reports, build segmentations, generate contact lists, advise on targeting, and conduct competitor and customer research to increase conversion and revenue.
