Serve as the primary customer contact for HVACR accounts, providing product expertise, technical guidance, pricing, and sales support. Manage inbound calls, identify cross-selling and account-growth opportunities, analyze market and customer needs, coordinate order processing and delivery, and maintain accurate sales records. The role requires advanced HVACR and hydronic knowledge, wholesale distribution experience, strong communication, organization, mathematical aptitude, and customer relationship skills.

Leads strategic and operational HR across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, compliance, policies, HR operations, and organizational culture. Advises executives and managers, leads the HR team, oversees complex employee matters, improves HR systems and processes, analyzes workforce data, and supports a growing multi-location organization.

Provides administrative, logistical, scheduling, travel, event, and meeting support to sales and executive leadership. Coordinates calendars, meetings, agendas, travel arrangements, expenses, onboarding logistics, presentations, and follow-up actions. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and IT while protecting confidential information. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and at least three years of administrative experience.
