Facilitates inclusive recreational activities for people with disabilities, coordinates events and external arrangements, communicates with participants and stakeholders, ensures accommodations meet individual needs, and maintains participant safety and comfort. This is a part-time role involving weekday late-afternoon/evening shifts and two Saturdays per month.

Supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in obtaining and retaining competitive employment. Assesses interests and goals, develops individualized employment plans, builds employer relationships, provides job coaching, coordinates long-term supports, facilitates workplace accommodations, and advocates for inclusive employment opportunities.

Coordinates and facilitates educational, recreational, leisure, and community engagement activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Collaborates with individuals, families, caregivers, and agency teams to create inclusive, accessible programs that promote participation, independence, and community integration. Monitors program effectiveness, maintains communication with stakeholders, and adjusts activities to improve engagement and outcomes.

Coordinates case management, individualized action plans, instructional opportunities, behavior support planning, and daily activities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Conducts progress meetings, maintains required documentation, collaborates with direct support staff and community providers, and mentors Day Services staff while promoting participant independence and community integration.
