This pivotal role requires close collaboration with all stakeholders, including individuals, families, and other agency team members, to create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to actively participate in their communities as valued neighbors, productive workers, and respected citizens.
- Facilitate & Implement appropriate activities for participants.
- Coordinate activities and assist throughout the event.
- Inform participants & coordinate external arrangements, and ensure accommodations meet all participants' needs
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all participants in your care.
Part-time (10 hours a week and 2 Saturdays a month)
Late Afternoon/ Evening Schedules
Monday thru Friday with alternating Saturdays

Portal Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ozaukee County and neighboring communities. Founded to provide dignity, opportunity, compassion, and appropriate challenges, it offers employment support, adult day and community services, social recreation, transportation, and job-skills development. Its programs emphasize independence, personal development, community integration, meaningful engagement, and helping participants achieve their full potential.
