Plan, create, and run test plans; design and maintain Playwright automated tests; verify APIs, documentation and fixes; track defects to resolution; improve test coverage and automation; participate in Agile ceremonies and provide Level 3 product support (no client communication or on-call).

Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research target accounts, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings for sales, and maintain CRM data. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support lead-generation initiatives across government, enterprise, and professional markets.

Design and build Agentic AI solutions and Java Spring Boot microservices, integrate PKI/cryptography/certificate management, use AI-assisted development tools, contribute full-stack as needed, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Security in Agile.

Provide technical support, design and evolve hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure, enforce security and certification compliance, monitor systems and manage incidents/on-call, ensure backups, document procedures, maintain IT asset inventory, and participate in security audits.
