Administer and evolve hybrid infrastructure spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, on-premises systems, networks, virtualization, and storage. Provide advanced user support, monitor systems, manage incidents and backups, and participate in on-call rotations. Apply security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and Zero Trust, while supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. Maintain technical documentation, improve reliability and automation, and coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Administer and improve a hybrid IT infrastructure spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, on-premises systems, networks, virtualization, storage, and backup environments. Provide advanced user support, monitor systems, investigate alerts, manage incidents and on-call responsibilities, and maintain technical documentation. Apply security controls, support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits, oversee identity and access management, and implement improvements in reliability, automation, security, and user experience.
