Installs, dismantles, moves, aligns, assembles, repairs, and lubricates industrial machinery and equipment. Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting. Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards, support month-end close and reconciliations, and partner with operations and accounting to provide actionable financial insights.

Hands-on mechanical project engineer to design, install, repair, and sustain mill equipment. Lead or support capital projects, shutdowns, failure investigations, and documentation; collaborate with contractors/vendors; ensure safety and compliance. Placement at Engineer I, II, or III depends on experience.

Lead accounting and finance for three facilities and four businesses: oversee AR/AP, GL, inventory and cost accounting; produce financial statements; manage audits and CRA interactions; design internal controls; implement ERP/system improvements; and manage and develop the accounting team to support strategic decision-making.

The Electrical Engineer supports project managers for capital projects, ensuring designs meet electrical standards and overseeing project execution, troubleshooting, and compliance.
